When shall we three meet again, In thunder, lightning or in rain?
When the hurlyburly’s done, When the battle’s lost and won.
That’ll be ere the set of sun.

Upon the heath; There to meet with Macbeth.
It is in like manner that the SSG Support Group for Okowa 2019 raised the curtain on their report of the aftermath of the 2019 governorship election in Delta State:
When shall we all meet again? In thunder, lightning or in rain?
When the governorship election kicks off, When voting has ended.
That’ll be in the evening of Saturday March 9, 2019.
Where the place?
At the State Collation Centre; There to meet with Okowa.
The aftermath of that meeting reveals Governor Okowa as the winner of the Delta State 2019 Governorship Election with 925,274 votes and 23 local government areas whereas the nearest of his opponents has 215,938 votes and 2 local government areas.
